These Terms and Conditions, and all policies and requirements posted on our websites, all of which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and as amended from time to time (collectively, “Terms”) describe the terms and conditions on which Flow Companies, LLC (referred to herein as "Flow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the www.flowauto.com website and mobile application (collectively, the “Sites”), and all content, images, videos, information, materials, programs, and features displayed, contained, and made available through the Sites, including, without limitation FlowGarage and Flow Rewards (collectively, the “Online Services”).
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Flow governing your use of the Sites and Online Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SITES OR ANY OF OUR ONLINE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE ANY PORTION OF OUR ONLINE SERVICES.
We may update, change, modify, or revise these Terms, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the Sites, along with the date on which it was most recently revised as indicated by the “Last Updated” heading at the top of these Terms. Your continued access to and/or use of the Sites and Online Services after any such modifications constitute your acceptance of the Terms as modified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly for updates. Please contact us as provided in the Contact Us section below if you would like information regarding any modifications. If any modifications to these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such modifications shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of these Terms and the remaining provisions
Flow hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right and license to access and use the Sites and Online Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You shall not, in any way, otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit the Sites or Online Services.
Flow may at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability: (a) modify, suspend, or terminate operation of or access to Sites and/or the Online Services, or (b) change, revise, or modify the Sites and/or Online Services.
FlowGarage is an Online Services program that provides personalized Flow customer offerings and benefits through the Sites. To participate in FlowGarage, you must (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a resident of North Carolina or Virginia; (c) present a valid VIN number(s) to the car(s) that you are enrolling which are registered to you in the State of North Carolina or Virginia; and (d) create a FlowGarage account that is verified by Flow. FlowGarage is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Individual family members, each with their own FlowGarage Accounts, within the same household, may create a FlowGarage Household upon invitation by the Primary or “Head of Household.” Each FlowGarage Household may contain a maximum of 12 family members and their respective FlowGarage Accounts, for so long as such family members reside within the same household. When a family member leaves a FlowGarage Household, all FlowRewards Points that were generated by the leaving family member shall remain with the former FlowGarage Household; the leaving member surrenders them to the Primary of the former FlowGarage Household. Participation in FlowGarage is governed by and subject to these Terms.
FlowRewards is an Online Services customer loyalty program for FlowGarage account holders which allows FlowRewards members to earn loyalty points for rewards through various Flow touchpoints (e.g., purchasing our products and services). Participation in FlowRewards is governed by and subject to these Terms.
FlowRewards Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 01/02/2026These FlowRewards Terms (“FlowRewards Terms”) describe and apply to Flow Companies, LLC’s (“Flow”) FlowRewards program. These FlowRewards Terms are governed by Flow’s terms and conditions, which can be found here (the “Terms”). The Terms are expressly incorporated herein by reference.
Modifications: Flow may update, change, modify, or revise these FlowRewards Terms, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the Sites (as defined in the Terms), along with the date on which it was most recently revised as indicated by the “Last Updated” heading at the top of these FlowRewards Terms. Your continued use of the FlowRewards program after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the FlowRewards Terms as modified. It is your responsibility to review the FlowRewards Terms regularly for updates. In the event the FlowRewards program is terminated, all points will be forfeited and are no longer redeemable in transactions with Flow.
Below is a description of the FlowRewards program:
Overview and Points: FlowRewards members can earn either: 1) Service Customer Pay Points or 2) Sales Customer Points, which are further described below. Both Sales
Customer Points and Service Customer Pay Point convert to dollars at a rate of 0.01. Once earned, Service Customer Pay Points and Sales Customer Points can be combined and presented to the customer as FlowRewards Points. FlowRewards Points may be used in transactions with Flow at our discretion, but cannot be redeemed for cash. Below are the dates that FlowRewards launched at your Flow Automotive Dealerships. Any transactions that occurred before these dates at these dealerships are not eligible for FlowRewards points.

Service Customer Pay Points: FlowRewards members will accrue points from parts and labor on Repair Orders coming from Customer Pay parts and Customer Pay labor only. The quantity of points associated with the Customer Pay labor and Customer Pay parts shall be known as Service Customer Pay Points.
Service Customer Pay Points will be calculated using Customer Pay Total. Customer Pay Total uses the following categories listed on the bottom right table of a CDK service Repair Order: “Labor Amount”, “Parts Amount”, “Misc. Charges”, and “Less Insurance”.
Service Customer Pay Total shall be calculated as: Service Customer Pay Total = Labor Amount + Parts Amount + Misc. Charges - Less Insurance.
Service Customer Pay Points shall be calculated as: Service Customer Pay Points = Service Customer Pay Total.
FlowRewards members are not eligible to earn FlowRewards Points on Body Shop transactions.
Customers have 10 days to claim points from service transactions. This is done by creating a FlowGarage account, logging in, and verifying their vehicle.
Sales Customer Points: FlowRewards members will also accrue points from the purchase of a new or used vehicle and some products associated with those purchases. The quantity of points associated with the purchase of a vehicle or related products shall be known as Sales Customer Points.
The quantity of Sales Customer Points accrued through the purchase of a vehicle depends on the Sales Customer Point Price of the vehicle purchased. For the purposes of FlowRewards and calculating the Sales Customer Points, the Sales Customer Point Price shall be calculated using the following categories listed on the Retail Buyer’s Order of every vehicle purchase: “Selling Price”, “Dealer Installed Accessories”, and “Manufacturer Rebates”. Sales Customer Point Price shall be calculated as: Selling Price + Dealer Installed Accessories – Manufacturer Rebates.
- For a purchase of a New or Used vehicle with a Sales Customer Point Price of less than 25,000 the customer shall earn 2,500 Sales Customer Points
- For a purchase of a New or Used vehicle with a Sales Customer Point Price of greater than or equal to 25,000 and less than 45,000 the customer shall earn 5,000 Sales Customer Points
- For a purchase of a New or Used vehicle with a Sales Customer Point Price of greater than or equal to 45,000 and less than 65,000 the customer shall earn 10,000 Sales Customer Points
- For a purchase of a New or Used vehicle with a Sales Customer Point Price greater than or equal to 65,000 and less than 100,000 the customer shall earn 15,000 Sales Customer Points
- For a purchase of a New or Used vehicle with a Sales Customer Point Price greater than 100,000 the customer shall earn 20,000 Sales Customer Points
In addition to the aforementioned points associated with purchasing a new or used vehicle at various monetary values, a FlowRewards member may also generate Sales Customer Points when purchasing service contracts, and maintenance and protection plans as they appear on the Retail Buyer’s Order.
- Service Contract: 1,000 Sales Customer Points for each contract purchased
- First Place Finish: 500 Sales Customer Points for each contract purchased
- Tire/Wheel Protection: 500 Sales Customer Points for each contract purchased
The FlowRewards member is not eligible to earn FlowRewards Points on Body Shop transactions.
Customers have 10 days to claim sales points from purchase. This is done by creating a FlowGarage account, logging in, and verifying their vehicle if it is not verified in the dealership for the customer.
Point Loss: FlowRewards members who do not fulfill the minimum service requirement within 15 months, enter a 3 month grace period wherein their total point balance becomes “frozen.” Frozen points are not redeemable and must be unfrozen with a qualifying service event. If the FlowRewards member completes the minimum service requirement during this grace period, the member’s points become “unfrozen” and will be redeemable once again. If the FlowRewards member does not meet the minimum service requirement within this total 18 month window, the FlowRewards member forfeits all points, and such points are no longer redeemable in transactions with Flow. This does not prevent the customer from reengaging with FlowRewards at a future date, and will not negatively impact the member’s ability to earn future points based on transactions with Flow dealerships.
FlowRewards Points must be redeemed within 3 years of the accrual date to avoid forfeiture. Points are redeemed and forfeited on a first in, first out basis. When a quantity of points eclipse 3 years from their accrual date, they are forfeited and the FlowRewards member's total point balance is reduced by the forfeited amount.
Relationship to FlowGarage Household: FlowRewards Points are earned and redeemed at the FlowGarage Household level. Point balances cannot be split if individual accounts elect to leave the FlowGarage Household. Points remain with the primary account holder and with that household. All members of a household can earn and redeem FlowRewards Points from the collective balance. If a primary FlowGarage account is deleted, the user forfeits all points associated with that household.
The Sites, Online Services, and all software, systems, technology, and know-how (“Flow Technology”) are owned by or licensed to Flow and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and/or other intellectual property rights and proprietary rights. All trademarks, trade names, graphics, logos, and trade dress included in or made available through the Sites and Online Services are owned by or licensed to Flow and protected by U.S. and international trademark laws (collectively, the “Marks”). You agree that Flow or its licensors own and retain all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Sites, Online Services, Marks, and Flow Technology (collectively, the “Flow Intellectual Property”), and that no interest therein is transferred to you except for a limited, personal right to use such solely in connection with the Sites and Online Services. Without limiting the forgoing, the Online Services, including without limitation all text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, video, are the property of Flow or its licensors or suppliers, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content associated with the Online Services is the exclusive property of Flow and protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing herein shall be construed to confer any grant or license of any Flow Intellectual Property Rights, whether by estoppel, by implication, or otherwise. You are strictly prohibited from using any Flow Intellectual Property except as expressly provided in these Terms. You are also advised that Flow and its licensors will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking criminal prosecution.
You agree not to:
submit or post any false or misleading information; and/or
Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the license granted to you hereunder.
To participate in FlowGarage and other features of the Online Services you will be required to create an account. In connection therewith, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. When you register to create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and must not register under a false name or age or use an unauthorized payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your login and/or account. Flow shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. You may not transfer or assign your account.
You are solely responsible for any information (including, without limitation any ideas, suggestions or proposals), content, or material you transmit to or through the Sites, Online Service, or otherwise to us (“Submissions”). You understand that Submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Furthermore, you grant Flow an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, display, publish, publicly perform, transmit, and distribute any Submission, without compensation or accounting to you or anyone else. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to submit the Submission to Flow and grant the licenses set forth above; (b) Flow will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay royalties to any third party for its use of the Submission; (c) the Submission does not infringe any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and (d) the Submission complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Flow takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Submission.
The Sites and Online Services are provided "as is”. Flow makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sites and Online Services and hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind or nature, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Flow does not guarantee that the Sites or Online Services or products will meet your requirements, or will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
If you are dissatisfied with the Sites and/or Online Services in any way, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the same.
In no event shall Flow or its licensors, business partners, or service providers be liable to you or third parties for any monetary damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with the Sites, the Online Services,, or these terms, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability, and even if Flow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers set forth in these terms are the basis for the bargain of Flow’s provision of, and your use of, the Sites and Online Services, and apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow and its licensors from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Sites or Online Services.
When you visit or use the Sites or Online Services, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing and are deemed to be given and received on the date we transmit any such electronic communication.
The Sites, Online Services, and our emails may contain links to other third party websites and social media pages (“Linked Sites”). These Terms only apply to Flow Sites and Online Services and do not apply to any Linked Sites. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of use of any Linked Sites that you visit. Links do not imply that we sponsor, endorse, are affiliated with or associated with, or are legally authorized to use any trademark, trade name, service mark, design, logo, symbol, or other copyrighted materials displayed on or accessible through any Linked Sites.
The Sites and Online Services are controlled, operated, and administered by Flow from offices within the United States of America. We make no representation regarding use of the Sites and Online outside of the United States.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. The United Nations Convention of Contracts for International Sale of Goods, Uniform Commercial Code, and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act shall not apply to these Terms, the Online Services, or any Products. Any action or suit related to these Terms, the Sites, or the Online Services must be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Winston Salem, North Carolina, provided however, that Flow may seek equitable relief in any jurisdiction. Any cause of action brought against Flow must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose.
Flow may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, block and/or terminate your access to the Sites and Online Services if we determine that you have violated these Terms or other terms or agreements or that may be associated therewith. You hereby agree that any violation, or threatened violation, by you of these Terms will cause irreparable harm to Flow, and therefore you agree that Flow shall be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief without the necessity of posting a bond, in addition to any other available remedies.
If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finally determines any provision of these Terms or any portion thereof to be unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give the intended effect thereof, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. Flow’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to that breach or subsequent or similar breaches. No consent or waiver by Flow hereof will be deemed effective unless in writing. These Terms, together with any other terms applicable to our Online Services, as each are currently posted, constitute the entire agreement between Flow and you with respect to your use of the Sites and the Online Services and supersede all previous written or oral agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
