In exchange for, and as a condition to participation in the Name That Car Contest for Flow Companies, Inc, and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you agree to the following terms and conditions for your submission:

The winner will be chosen by random drawing from the group of entries that has 23 or more correct answers. The winner will receive their choice of the following prizes:

$1,000 gas card OR ACC Men's Basketball Tournament tickets for two people to attend all the games of the 2009 ACC Tournament OR 4 tickets to the Bank of America 500 at the Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte on October 11, 2008 OR a 2 night, Couples Romance Package Weekend at The Sanctuary in Kiawah, SC. One winner will be chosen and one prize will be given.  The drawing will take place on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008.  The winner will be notified during that week.

1. You may submit one entry per day during the contest period of August 1-31, 2008.
2. You are 16 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required prior to the awarding of any contest prize.
3. You are not an employee of Flow Companies, Inc. or an immediate family member of an employee.
